Terms of Service
Last updated: August 10, 2026
1. What Revenue Radar is
Revenue Radar ("the App") is a third-party application built on the Fanvue API. It connects to a creator's Fanvue account via OAuth 2.0, analyzes the creator's own fan and subscriber data, and surfaces revenue opportunities with AI-drafted outreach message suggestions. The App is not operated by or affiliated with Fanvue; it is an independent integration built against Fanvue's public developer platform.
2. Eligibility
The App is for use by Fanvue creators (and authorized agency members) who are at least 18 years old and hold an active Fanvue account in good standing. By connecting your Fanvue account, you confirm you meet these requirements and that you have the authority to grant the App access to that account's data.
3. Account connection and access
You connect your Fanvue account through Fanvue's own OAuth 2.0 authorization flow. We never see, ask for, or store your Fanvue password. You can revoke the App's access at any time from your Fanvue account settings; revoking access stops all further data sync immediately.
4. AI-generated content
The App can generate draft outreach messages using an AI model, built only from facts about a fan that are actually present in your Fanvue data (subscription status, spend history, activity timestamps, etc.). These drafts are suggestions only — you are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to send any message, and for that message complying with Fanvue's content and conduct policies and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the App to violate Fanvue's Terms of Service or content policies, to harass or deceive fans, to circumvent Fanvue's platform safeguards, or to access data belonging to an account you are not authorized to manage. We may suspend App access for accounts we reasonably believe are misusing it.
6. Data and privacy
Our collection and use of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
7. Service availability
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and functionality depends in part on the Fanvue API remaining available and unchanged. We are not liable for losses arising from Fanvue API downtime, rate limiting, or changes outside our control.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Radar and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including lost revenue or lost data. The App's scoring and recommendations are heuristic tools, not guarantees of outcome — decisions to message or offer anything to a fan remain entirely yours.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it from your Fanvue account and requesting deletion of your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or Fanvue's policies.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "Last updated" date.
